Pool Rules

​

  • NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY!! Please do not allow anyone who is not a strong swimmer to swim without supervision and precautions.

  • No smoking in Pool Area or Clubhouse

  • No running or horseplay

  • No animals allowed in the Pool Area or Clubhouse

  • No bottles or glass in the Pool Area.

  • Please return all furniture to it’s original position

  • Place all trash in the round garbage can located by the back door to the Clubhouse.

  • Close all umbrellas

  • Guests are limited to four per visit. Guests must always be accompanied by the homeowner while at the Pool and Clubhouse

  • Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool. (Swmmies are ok)

  • Report unauthorized person(s) to Local Law Enforcement. They are trespassing on your property

  • Pool Hours are 7:00AM to 12:00AM with the exception of a community event.

P​lease enjoy using the clubhouse kitchen, game area and exercise room. The use of all equipment is at your own risk. The Homeowners Association is not responsible for accidents.
