​CLUBHOUSE USE RULES

​

1. All functions MUST be scheduled one week in advance. Please contact Jerry Pafford, 706-373-8561 or via email at jpafford@comcast.net.  

2. No function may be scheduled at our Clubhouse which is not hosted by one of our homeowners.

3. The HOA Board requires a $100 deposit which will be held until the Clubhouse has been inspected for cleaning, furniture, bathrooms, etc. after the event. The check will then be returned if everything has been done correctly. (This is not for neighborhood events)

4. Please do not open the windows in the Clubhouse since there are no screens on the windows.

5. No food or alcohol should be left in theClubhouse.

 

Instructions for using the Clubhouse and Clean Up:

1. Put everything back the way you found it, this includes furniture.

2. Wipe off tables/chairs, countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.

3. Gather garbage from kitchen and bathrooms and put in the outside trashcans.

4. Run and empty dishwasher–please scrape plates before filling the dishwasher.

5. Make sure the refrigerator is empty of food. No one should leave leftovers, dishes, or silverware.

6. Clean the grill if you use it.

7. Wash towels and dishcloths if you use them and return them to the Clubhouse.

8. Please empty the vacuum after you use it.

9. Someone from the HOA Board will followup the next day to make sure all of the above has been done.

PLEASE NOTE THAT HOSTS OF PRIVATE GATHERINGS MUST FURNISH THEIR OWN PAPER PRODUCTS, BOTTLED WATER AND SOFT DRINKS. You may use the clubhouse cleaning supplies.
